  Notes	PIEDMONT - Blanche H. Lewis, 79, of Farmington, died Thursday, November 28, 2002, at Barnes - Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis. She was born August 16, 1923 at Vulcan. Mrs. Lewis worked as a clerk for the Social Security office. She was of the Protestant faith. On May 25, 1947, she married Russell Lewis. He preceded her in death May 7, 2000. Survivors include three brothers, Bill Lee of Arnold, Donald Lee of Hartsville, S. C., and Thomas Huddleston of Farmington; and her mother, Opal Lee of Festus (formerly of Vulcan). Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 9:30 PM today at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont. The funeral will be held at 1 PM Monday at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Cuncio officiating.
