I Rebecca Woodfin of the County of Cape Girardeau in the State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows .
First it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid .
Second , I give , devise and bequeath to my brother in law Thomas Haile of the County of Cape Girardean and State aforesaid , all my effects or property which I possess , consisting of notes or otherwise due me , and also one lot in the town of Hicklman Kentucky all of which I bequeath to the said Thomas Haile and to his heirs and assigns forever . And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my brother in law Thomas Hailet o be the executor to this my last will and ┃ testament , revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14th Augst 1859

Be it remembered , that on this 14th day of September AD 1859 before me the undersigned Clerk of the County Court within and for said County , personally appeared Henry P. Martin and John Oliver being witnesses to the foregoing will of Rebecca Woodfin in deceased and being by me first duly sworn , depose and say : that the said Rebecca Wordfin the Testatrix subscribed the same by making her mark in their presence and published the said will or instrument of writing as her last will that he in said testatrix was at the time of publishing her said will of sound mind, a single woman and more than twenty one years of age , and that they the said deponents attested the said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of
