  Notes	Kent County 1756 Tax List Alexand Fleming George Fleming William Fleming William Fleming George Fleming https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS3J-PQVL-R?view=fullText&keywords=George%20Fleming%2CFleming%20George%20Fleming&lang=en&groupId= Transcript of Will: Fleming , George 1759 - 1760 In the Name of God , Amen the twenty first Day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hunderd fifty & Eight George Fleming of Mispillion Hundred in the County of Kent yeoman Being old & infirm in Body but of perfect mind & memory , thanks be given unto God therefore Calling unto mind the Mortality of my body and knowing that it is appo cents for all men once to die do make & ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my Soul intothe hands of God that give it and for my body I recommend it to the Earth to be Buried in a Christain like & Decent Manner at the Discretion of my Executors nothing Douting but at the General Resurection I shall Receive the same again by the mighty powerof God and as touching Such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this Life I Give Devise & Dispose of the same in the following manner and form Imprimis I give and Bequeath to Elizabeth my Dearly beloved wife one Forge and Saddle over & above the third of my Estate Both Real & personal after my Lawfull Debts are paid Item I give to my well Beloved Sons Samuel Fleming & George Fleming my plantation whereon I now Live with all the appurtenances thereunto Belonging to be Equally Devided Between the said Samuel & George when they both come to full age and also the one half of My personal Estate after my Just & Lawfull Debts are paid. But if either of my two sons should Die without Lawfull Eshire my will & Desire is that survivor shall Enjoy the other part. Item I give to my well Beloved Daughter Martha Fleming during all the residue of my Estate in the one half to equally Devided Between them the said Martha and said Esther when they both arive to the age of sixteen years and I do hereby other Constitute & appoint my Loving wife coming and my friend Archabald Flemng my only & Sole Executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby utterly - Tenour and possession of the said William Shaw being part of a Greater Tract of Land formerly laid out to Edward Williams the said parcel of land Beginning at a corner marked red Oak in the Woods then South West two hundred and Sixty two perches to a red Oak on the North end of said Tract of Land and from thence North East Eighty perches to a Corner thereof said Tract thence South East two hundred and Eighty perches to a marked red Oak Standing on the head of the Lead of the Cyrus Branch thence & from thence South West Eighty perches to the beginning containing and Said out for one hundred & Sixteen acres of Land Together with all houses Orchards Buildings Gardens woods under words Timber and Frees Homes pastures Meadows Swamps Cipples Ways Easments Waters Water Courses rights priviledges - Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the same Belonging or in any wife appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions remainders unto issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof with all Deeds evidences and writings any ways touching or concerning the same To have and to hold the said one hundred Acres of Land & premises with the appurtenances unto him the said William Shaw and his heires to the only proper use and behoof of him the said William Shaw his heiresand assigns for ever under the yearly Quit Rents thereout Issuring to the Cheif Lord of the be thereof And the said George Fleming the said one hundred & Sixteen Acres of Land and premises with the appurtenances hereby Granted and mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said William Shaw his heires & assigns against him the said George Fleming and his heirs and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever Clauning any Estate Title or Interest of in or to the afforesaid Land and premises or any part thereof free and Clear and freely and Clearly acquitted & discharged of and from all and all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever the rents due and Growing due to the Lord of the the only Excepted Shall & will Warrant and forever defend by these presents And the said George Fleming for himself and his heirs do further Covenant and Grant to and will the said William Shaw his heirs & assigns hereby that the said George Fleming & his heirs and all and every other prson whatsoever Lawfully Claiming any Estate right Title or Interest of in or to or out of the hereby Granted Land & premises or any part thereof shall and willon the reasonable request East and charges in the Saw of him the William Shaw his heirs or assigns Seal Execute or cause so to do all and every such further and other Act & Act Deed or Deeds Conveyances or assurances in the Law for the further better and more sure makeing & Confirming of the aforsd one hundred & Sixteen acres of Land and premises with the appurtenances unto him the said William Shaw his heirs & assigns as by him or them or as by his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall reasonably Devise advise or require.
