William Fredrick Kaempfer was born October 12 , 1883 in Cape Girardeau , Cape Girardeau Co., MO . He married twice : first to Myrtle Jarvis , May 12 , 1912 , in a Methodist Church , Murphysboro , Jackson Co., IL ; second to Millie Ann Davis , March 31 , 1923 , in the Courthouse ( ? ) , Jackson , Cape Girardeau Co., MO . Myrtle died in childbirth when her only child , Harry William Kaempfer was about three or four , around 1919 and was buried in the Old Lorimer Cemetery , Cape Girardeau , MO . Millie died during WWII , not sure of the exact date or where she died and was buried . I'm sure it was in or around Cape . William " Liz " died in July 1975 in Cape and was buried in the Old Lorimer Cemetery . He had one son by his first wife and five children by his second wife , there were two sets of twins , but only one , a son Gerald survived .
