- Mr. Lewis was a U.S. Army, WW II veteran & was a retired Lumberman and iron worker. He played on the first football team of Clinton High School. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Bonnie Bee Lewis; his parents, Kate & Toney Lewis; two brothers, Cecil Lewis & Walter Lewis, and a sister, Helen Treadway. He is survived by sons, Robert Lewis & his wife Vella Lewis of Bentonville and James Lewis & his wife Linda Lewis of Greenbrier; daughter, Karen Harrod & her husband Jerry Harrod of North Little Rock; three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers, Donald Lewis of North Little Rock, & Dewey Lewis of Clinton, and sister, Jewell Tomlinson, also of Clinton. The Roller McNutt Funeral Home of Clinton assisted the family with the arrangements.
