Bert H. " Bunny" Lewis, Jr. of St Charles, Mo. passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 9, 2022.
He was born in St. Charles, Mo. on April 15,1946 to the late Bert H. Lewis, Sr. and Lorraine F. Lewis nee Tietz
Bert is survived by his loving Wife - Sandra Lewis, Children: Bert H. Lewis III, Robert (Connie) Lewis, Kenneth W. (Dana) Lewis. grandchildren Kali, Hanna, Allison, Adam, Patricia, Bert lV , Bret, Tiffany, Autumn and Jacob along with 8 great grandchildren. Siblings Hazel (Donnie) Regot, Nancy Crawford, Chrissy Hinkel, Jane Spafford, Sherry Berger and Beth Lewis.
He was a Cousin, Brother-in - Law, Uncle, Great Uncle, Great-Great Uncle and Friend.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his Sisters - Lorraine "Goodsy" Crossman and Myrtle Knight. Brothers - Arthur Lewis and Robbie Lewis.
Bunny worked for Alberici Constructors and was a member of Iron Workers Local 518 for 33 years before retiring in 2007. Bunny enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved Cardinals baseball. He enjoyed hunting with his kids and grandkids or at least telling stories about the "great" hunt. Bunny never missed watching Wheel of Fortune even though he never got one puzzle right.
