Karcher (nee Huters); loving father of Ltc Timothy Karcher, Laurie Russo, and Raymond Karcher Jr. Ray taught at Mehlville High School for many years and was well known and loved in the community as a photographer, and Boy Scout leader. Services: Memorial service Thursday Feb., 3rd at 3:30 PM at Peace Lutheran Church, 737 Barracksview Road St. Louis, MO 63125 (Near Hwy. 255 and Telegraph Road in South County) In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
