    W. G. "Wink" Miller, 74, of 4108 Winchester, died yesterday.

    Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church. Dr. Winfred Moore, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors.

    Mr. Miller, born in Des Arc, Mo., had lived in Amarillo 41 years. He and his wife, Marie Robinson, were married in 1927 in Ironton, Mo. He had been a realtor since 1946 and had been working for Odom Co. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Amarillo Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors. He was a master mason of Amarillo Masonic Lodge 731, and a member of Amarillo Commandory No. 48 of Knights Templar and Khiva Temple of the Shrine.

    Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs, Betty Hobdy of Canadian, two brothers, Sam Miller of Jefferson, Iowa, and Posey Miller of Aimapolis, , Mo., three sisters, Mrs. Thomas McCormick of Piedmont, Mo., Mrs. E.W. Lovelace of Pilot Knob,'Mo:, and Mrs. Charles Dorsey of Farmington, Mo.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

    Family requests memorials be to favorite charities.

    CANADIAN - Betty Hobdy, 80, died Monday, March 3, 2008, in Amarillo.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dinzel Leonard officiating. Burial will be in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery by Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian.
    Betty was born Jan. 21, 1928, in Des Arc, Mo., to the late Winfred G. Miller and Marie Robinson Miller. She was a 1945 graduate of Amarillo High School. She married Buddy Hobdy on Nov. 6, 1965, in Amarillo. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.
    She was preceded in death by Joe Morgan, the father of Kim Morgan and Debbie Anderson.
    Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Buddy Hobdy; two sons, Bill Hobdy and wife Kay of Canadian and Kim Morgan and wife Lori of San Diego; three daughters, Debbie Anderson and husband Jim Bill and Amy Woodside and husband Glen, all of Canadian, and Jody Purser and husband Gary of Amarillo; a brother-in-law, Tom Hobdy and wife Sue of Fort Wayne, Ind.; 13 grandchildren, Luke Thrasher, Lindy Long, Jill Young, Brooke Ward, Wes Purser, Julie Harper, Todd Ridgway, Chaz Rutledge, Joseph Morgan, Macy Woodside, Marcus Woodside, Alicia Milhous and Morgan Lakner; 12 great-grandchildren; a niece, Alicia Hall and husband Randy; a nephew, Harold Pack and wife Annette; and four great-nephews.
    The family suggests memorials be to the Edward Abraham Memorial Home, 803 Birch St., Canadian, TX 79014; Hemphill County Hospice, 1020 S. Fourth St., Canadian, TX 79014; Renovations, First Baptist Church, 706 Main St., Canadian, TX 79014; or The Cottages,6811 Plum Creek Drive, Amarillo, TX 79124.
