    SANDRA MCCOWN WATTERS, 59, died November 18, 2005. She received her BA from Texas Tech and then went on to receive her Masters in Speech Pathology from SMU. After practicing speech pathology, she realized her dream of studying art and received her certificate from the Glassell School of Art and continued her study in Paris, New York and Mexico. Her art has been greatly influenced by her love of nature and she has been a volunteer at the Armand Bayou Nature Center for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Brown Watters, Jr. She is survived by her mother, Florence Eugenia McCown; daughters, Amber Lynn Watters, Angela Jean Watters; brothers, James Ross McCown, Steven R. McCown, wife Tara & their children, Patrick, Andrea, & Michael; sister-in-law, Penny Watters Dossman & husband Edwin & their children,Edwin, Corrie & Lee. Funeral service 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 23, 2005, First Unitarian Universalist Church, 5200 Fannin Street, with the Rev. Paul Beedle officiating and burial t
